Change of Mind
Due to the nature of limited sneakers, collectibles, trading cards, archive items, consignment products and pre-owned items, all sales are final for change of mind unless otherwise required by law.
Product Condition
We sell a mix of brand new, pre-owned, vintage, collectible, limited-edition and archive products. Product condition, packaging and included accessories are described on each product page where applicable.
Please review the product title, description, photos, size information and condition notes before purchasing. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing an order.
Incorrect, Damaged or Misdescribed Items
If you believe your order is incorrect, damaged or materially misdescribed, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery with your order number, photos and a clear description of the issue.
We will review the issue and provide a resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Return Requirements
If a return is approved, the item must be returned in the condition received, including original packaging, tags, accessories and any authentication or product materials where applicable.
Items must not be worn, used, altered, damaged, swapped or tampered with after delivery.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
