Are your products authentic?

Yes. Every product sold by The Archive Store is carefully inspected before sale. We specialise in authentic sneakers, streetwear, collectibles, trading cards and limited-edition lifestyle products.

Are you an official Nike, Jordan, adidas, Supreme, Pop Mart or Pokémon retailer?

The Archive Store is an independent Australian retailer. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Nike, Jordan Brand, adidas, Supreme, Pop Mart, Pokémon or other manufacturers unless otherwise stated.

Where do your products come from?

We source products from trusted retailers, collectors, distributors and verified secondary-market channels. Many products are limited-edition, sold out or collector-focused items.

Do you sell brand new and pre-owned items?

Yes. We sell both brand new and selected pre-owned items. Product condition, packaging and included accessories are listed on each product page where applicable.

Do you have physical stores?

Yes. The Archive Store operates physical retail stores in Melbourne CBD and Chadstone, Australia. Customers can visit us in person to shop sneakers, streetwear, collectibles and trading cards.

Can I pick up my order in store?

Selected products may be available for in-store pickup. Availability can vary by store and product. Please contact us before visiting if you are looking for a specific size or item.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are shipped from Australia with tracking. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping method and carrier processing times.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Due to the nature of limited sneakers, collectibles and archive items, all sales are final for change of mind. If an item is incorrect, damaged or materially misdescribed, we will resolve the issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
